Snow Lin is the Founder and Chairwoman of JWEI. She holds a Master’s degree from Tsinghua University and an EMBA from CEIBS (China Europe International Business School). She also serves as a Council Member of the Ningbo Software Industry Association and Vice President of the Ningbo High-tech Zone Entrepreneurs Association.

Under her leadership, JWEI has expanded its global footprint to more than 120 countries and regions, and has served more than 30,000 customers worldwide. The company continues to drive technological advancement in intelligent cutting, delivering productivity gains and new possibilities across industries including advertising and signage, printing and packaging, textile and apparel, composite materials processing, and digital labels.
